I was born and raised in South Texas, and grew up going to the beach which sparked my love for sunshine, sand and travel.
I now live in the country, but I’m a city girl at heart. My husband and I have been married for over 30 years and we are the proud parents of two wonderful adult humans.
On any given weekend you can find me spending time with family, traveling with friends or dreaming about my favorite place on earth – Hawaii!
I am a firm believer that you don’t have to choose between your practice and your personal life. You can thrive in both!

Here's How it Started
For 20+ years I’ve guided hundreds of physicians and attorneys on balancing their busy lives and streamlining their solo practices. I’m passionate about rescuing my clients from burnout in business and watching them enjoy renewed success in all areas of their lives.
In 1998 I founded Virtual Gal Friday, a virtual assistant agency, from my bedroom closet. In a few short years, the company scaled into a busy agency with employees and clients all over the US.
Then in 2017 I launched Nancy Brown Coaching LLC, where I began working 1:1 with clients to provide them with business and life coaching. I have been formally trained as a coach who serves physicians and attorneys. I’ve also trained in core energy coaching, specializing in stress management and work-life balance.
